Deepa S. Nair
Deepa S. Nair is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong foundation in VLSI, embedded systems, and aerospace technology.
With over decades of hands-on experience across high-impact industries, she brings a rare blend of technical depth, systems thinking, and execution excellence to the leadership team at NaviRex.
Deepa began her career at L&T EmSyS, where she played a key role in high-voltage inverter system design, contributing to advanced FPGA development and Embedded C programming. She later served at the prestigious Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) in Trivandrum, supporting the electrical and electronics integration of PSLV and GSLV launch vehicles.
Her responsibilities included full-cycle engagement from subsystem testing and system integration to on-ground launch operations at Sriharikota.
Her cross-sectoral journey spanning aerospace electronics, embedded engineering, and mission-critical project coordination positions her uniquely to lead in the complex, fast-evolving field of climate technology and carbon markets.
As Managing Director of NaviRex India Pvt Ltd, Deepa leads operations across India and interfaces closely with NaviRex GmbH in Germany.
She oversees technical partnerships, regulatory alignment, and R&D implementation, driving the company’s mission to democratize access to carbon finance through traceable, verified micro-scale clean energy systems.
Her vision and leadership are instrumental in shaping NaviRex’s role as a catalyst for decarbonization, digital innovation, and climate equity, both in India and globally.

Dr. Harikrishnan Anjaly Sukumaran Nair, PhD
Dr. Harikrishnan Nair is a cross-disciplinary entrepreneur and sustainability leader with a PhD in Sustainable Earth and a strong foundation in engineering. His career spans over a decade of experience across Germany, India, Singapore, and Sweden, with expertise in product development, systems integration, and regulatory compliance in the biotech and cleantech sectors.
After moving to Germany to advance innovation in life sciences and sustainable technologies, he led multiple high-impact projects at the intersection of research, engineering, and public policy. In 2025, he founded NaviRex GmbH to address global imbalances in clean energy access, particularly the growing divide between Europe’s renewable technology surplus and energy-deficient rural regions in India.
As Director of NaviRex India Pvt Ltd, Dr. Nair drives the company’s vision, operational strategy, and cross-border collaborations. Combining insights from European regulatory frameworks with hands-on experience in India’s infrastructure landscape, he is building NaviRex into a trusted platform for clean energy innovation, technology deployment, and international cooperation.
His strengths include navigating complex ecosystems, forging multi-stakeholder partnerships, and translating sustainability goals into scalable business models. He is also the founder of Hamburg Indian Association e.V., promoting cultural exchange and community leadership among the Indian diaspora in Germany.

Parvathy S. Nair
Parvathy S. Nair is a Product Analyst with over 2 years of hands-on experience working on compliance-driven SaaS platforms, with a strong foundation in product requirement engineering, regulated workflow design, and data-driven product development.
With proven experience across carbon credit tracking platforms, digital workflows, and enterprise system integrations, she brings a structured approach to translating complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable, audit-ready digital solutions.
Parvathy has led market research and competitive analysis initiatives, supported MVP scoping and feature prioritization, and collaborated closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact product releases aligned with Agile and Scrum practices.
Her professional contributions also include global client onboarding and product training delivery, supporting international customers across clinical, environmental, and compliance-focused industries while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
At NaviRex, Parvathy supports product execution, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional coordination, contributing to the company’s mission of building transparent, verifiable, and regulation-aligned climate technology platform.

Dazzal David C D
Dazzal is a passionate computer science engineer who brings a builder’s mindset to the NaviRex technical team. A coding enthusiast from an early age, he has developed a strong command of modern backend architecture, high-performance computing and full stack development.
Prior to joining NaviRex, Dazzal demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by launching student-focused technical services and conducting specialized workshops on software development tools. He carries this passion for knowledge sharing and mentorship into his professional work.
At NaviRex, Dazzal works on the development of core middleware systems, architecting the data integration layers that power the company’s solar monitoring capabilities. He is focused on building scalable, resilient software solutions that bridge the gap between complex hardware and user-friendly climate analytics.
